Joe
DiPompeo serves as president of Structural Workshop. Utilizing a
unique and innovative business model, he formed Structural Workshop with
the goal of providing a variety of engineering and consulting services,
focusing on client service, and keeping fees reasonable. The goal from
the beginning has been to innovate the business of engineering to
provide big company services without big company overhead. Joe holds a
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management and a
Masters Degree in Structural Engineering, both from
Stevens Institute of Technology. He
also holds Professional Engineering Licenses in 14 states, a New
Jersey Home Inspectors License, and is Certified by the
Structural
Engineering Certification Board.
Before founding Structural Workshop, he
worked for one of New
Jersey's premier Structural Engineering Firms,
primarily designing Office, Retail, and Parking Structures and
performing Inspections, Rehabilitations, and Design-Build Construction
Management on Commercial, Residential, Retail, and Parking Structures.
Joe's professional interests include
technical innovation in stagnant areas of Structural
Engineering and construction, innovating the business of engineering, making
Structural
Engineering accessible and understandable to homeowners, and teaching
and writing. In addition to serving as President of Structural Workshop,
currently he teaches at
Inspection21 home inspection
school and provides continuing education seminars to home inspectors.
He also serves on the board of the Stevens Tech Alumni Association and
Noah's Ark Animal Welfare Association. |

Jack
DiPompeo is quickly rising through
the ranks of Structural Workshop.
Currently he heads up our newest department and has increased revenues
and profit margins within his department significantly in his short
tenure. Jack is currently in charge of our Design, Construction, and
Demolition of Lego and Lincoln Log Mini-Structures Department. He hopes
to move on to a position in the Erector Set Department shortly.
UPDATE: Jack has now moved on to be President of the
Erector Set Department. Never satisfied, he now has his sights set on
completing his preschool degree. |

small engineering, drafting, and support staff and compliment it with a

and complete projects as if we were a large company with several
